To respect both your time and ours, please read our cancellation and rescheduling terms carefully before confirming your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 72 hours in advance.
Any cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee or a 50% cancellation fee, whichever is greater.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or missed entirely (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the total service value.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In these cases, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Deposits & Booking Fees
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This amount is credited toward the total cost of your treatment. The fee confirms your spot and compensates for the time and preparation allocated exclusively for you.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next scheduled client. Please note: full payment is still required for the originally booked session.

Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that you:

Failure to do so may affect your results and will not qualify for a refund.
