These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Cristina Trápaga Beauty (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking an appointment, visiting our clinic, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Cristina Trápaga Beauty offers cosmetic and beauty services including brow treatments, lash services, lip blush, microneedling and related procedures. Service descriptions, pricing and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility
To receive treatment, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old (or provide parental consent)
• Complete the required consultation forms truthfully
• Disclose all medical conditions, allergies and medications
• Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions
We may refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

3. Booking & Deposits
• Appointments must be booked through our online booking platform or by direct message.
• Some services require a non-refundable deposit.
• Deposits are transferable only if the appointment is rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
• No cancellations or appointment changes are permitted within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Late cancellations may incur a $30 fee.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service value.
• Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

5. Late Arrivals
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled.
• The full service fee will still apply.
• Please plan for traffic and parking in the CBD.

6. Payment
• Payment must be made on the day of the service.
• Accepted payment methods include card, online payment or other methods listed on our website.
• All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

7. Treatment Results & Expectations
• Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare.
• No specific outcome is guaranteed for any beauty or cosmetic service.
• Additional sessions may be required at an additional cost.

8. Refund Policy
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with natural variations in healed results.
• Refunds are provided only in cases where a service is not performed with reasonable care or fails to meet consumer guarantees.
• If you experience an adverse reaction, you must contact us immediately.

9. Health & Safety
You agree to:
• Follow all hygiene, safety and aftercare guidelines
• Notify us if you are experiencing infection, irritation or complications
• Avoid contraindicated products or activities during the healing period
We may postpone service if you are unwell, sunburned, on certain medications, or recently had a cosmetic procedure.

10. Photos & Media
• Photos may be taken before, during or after treatment for documentation.
• Photos will only be used for marketing if you provide explicit consent.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

11. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
• Behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner
• Fails to follow instructions
• Attempts to bypass clinic processes or safety protocols

12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store and use your data.

13. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, branding, service descriptions and graphics — is owned by Cristina Trápaga Beauty and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, misuse of products, failure to follow aftercare instructions or individual healing variances.
• You accept responsibility for following all pre- and post-treatment guidelines.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in NSW jurisdiction.
