1. Refunds for Services
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund or remedy if a service:
• Is not delivered with reasonable care and skill
• Is not fit for the purpose we agreed upon
• Is significantly different from what was described
If you believe this applies, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and provide the appropriate solution.

We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with personal preference
• Variations in colour retention or healing outcome
Cosmetic and beauty results vary per individual and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Corrective Sessions
If an issue occurs due to technique or product failure, we may offer:
• A corrective session at no additional cost, or
• An alternative remedy, depending on the situation
This will be determined after a proper assessment.

3. No Refunds for Healed Results
Healed results depend on:
• Skin type
• Aftercare compliance
• Medications or health conditions
• Lifestyle factors
For this reason, refunds are not provided for healed or fading results, as they are outside our control.​

4. Deposits
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance.

5. No-Show or Late Cancellation Fees
Refunds do not apply to:
• No-show fees
• Late cancellation fees
• Booking fees incurred due to policy breach
These fees compensate for time reserved exclusively for you.

6. Adverse Reactions
If you experience an unexpected reaction:

Refunds are not provided for reactions caused by:
• Failure to follow aftercare
• Pre-existing allergies or undisclosed conditions
• Use of contraindicated skincare products
However, we will always assist you professionally and ethically.

7. Refunds for Products
We offer refunds or replacements for products only if:
• The item is faulty
• The item is damaged on arrival
• The item is unsafe to use
• The item does not match its description
To request a product refund:
• Contact us within 7 days
• Provide proof of purchase
• Provide a photo of the issue (if applicable)

We do not accept returns on products for change of mind due to hygiene and safety standards.
