Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cristina Trápaga Beauty — Sydney, Australia Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain a fair and reliable experience for all clients, please review the policy below. Notice Period I kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows me to offer your spot to another client and supports the sustainability of my small business. Late Cancellations (Less Than 72 Hours) Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price or $30 — whichever is greater. This fee reflects the loss of income when an appointment cannot reasonably be filled on short notice. No-Show Policy If you do not attend your appointment without notifying me, the same cancellation fee (50% or $30 minimum) will apply. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to complete the service without affecting the next client’s booking. In this case, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the standard cancellation fee will apply. Deposits & Card on File A 50% deposit or a valid card on file is required to secure your booking. By booking with Cristina Trápaga Beauty, you agree to all terms in this policy. Emergencies & Fair Consideration I understand that genuine emergencies may occur. If an unavoidable situation happens, I will assess the case individually. When appropriate, a portion of the cancellation fee may be credited toward a future appointment. Your Consumer Rights (Australian Consumer Law) Nothing in this policy removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service cannot be delivered as promised or needs to be cancelled by me, you will be entitled to the applicable remedies. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my business.
